A FEE MAY BE CHARGED FOR MORTGAGE ADVICE, THE EXACT AMOUNT WILL DEPEND ON YOUR INDIVIDUAL CIRCUMSTANCES AND WILL BE CONFIRMED AT THE TIME OF YOUR INITIAL ENQUIRY. TYPICALLY A FEE OF £95 IS STANDARD, HOWEVER A FEE OF UP TO 1% OF THE MORTGAGE AMOUNT MAY BE CHARGED. 3 COUNTIES MORTGAGES IS DIRECTLY AUTHORISED AND REGULATED BY THE FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY. THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE SECURING OTHER DEBTS AGAINST YOUR HOME. YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON A MORTGAGE OR ANY OTHER DEBTS SECURED ON IT.
